- Streamline Permitting and Forms: Evaluate all city forms and processes to eliminate redundancy, simplify requirements, and move toward digital access where possible.
- Audit City Services for Efficiency: Work with staff to identify where bottlenecks happen and create clear process documentation for faster turnaround times.
- Improve Responsiveness: Make sure residents get timely, helpful answers to inquiries — not runarounds or silence.
- Explore Smart Technology Use: Where it makes sense, we’ll look at low-cost technology options to support better service delivery without increasing costs.
